PLEASE READ

Upon agreement of service with Azalea Luxe Cleaning Co., a non-refundable payment of 50% of the total service fee is required to secure your booking. This payment confirms your appointment and is due immediately upon service agreement. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the service. Failure to remit the deposit may result in the cancellation of your scheduled cleaning.

Azalea Luxe Cleaning Co. offers residential and commercial cleaning services in NYC. All services are subject to availability and acceptance by us.

 

2. Booking and Appointments

  • Scheduling: Services can be booked through our website, phone, or email. We will confirm your appointment via email or phone.

  • Cancellations: If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a cancellation fee.

  • Service Limitations: We reserve the right to refuse service if the conditions of the property are deemed hazardous or unsafe for our staff.

 

3. Payment Terms
